Randy Orton Got ‘Huge’ During His WWE Hiatus

Randy Orton was spotted at the WWE Performance Center this week, and he’s training for his return to the ring. This moment is a long time coming for fans of The Viper, and he apparently changed up his look just a bit during his time away from the company.

We previously reported that Randy Orton is back at the WWE Performance Center. You can click here to watch video of Orton spotted outside the PC while he trains for his return to the ring.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Randy Orton got “huge” during his time away from the ring. It was also noted that this was a good thing.

Orton has been working out in the gym, and we’re told he got “huge” in a good way at one point, but as of early August he had not resumed in-ring training. Despite several incorrect rumors at the time that Orton was nearing a return, WWE sources and even an official capacity repeatedly reiterated that Orton was not cleared for a return at that point.

Bob Orton stated that doctors had advised his son against resuming wrestling, but Randy is determined to follow his own path and has expressed a desire to make a comeback. The Viper had a lot of healing to do after his back fusion surgery, but it appears his time is back.

Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE has a plan in place for Randy Orton’s return. We were told that his comeback would happen this year, but it won’t be until after SummerSlam. We are in that timeframe now.

What’s your take on Randy Orton making his way back to the ring? Are you excited to see him wrestle again? Sound off in the comments to let us know what you think!
