Brock Lesnar’s WWE Return Is Already In Place For Next Year

WWE gave Brock Lesnar very good schedule at this point. He gets to wrestle an incredibly light schedule, with his last match being at SummerSlam against Cody Rhodes this year. Since then, he has taken a hiatus from the ring, but his return is already in place.

The upcoming WWE Royal Rumble event is scheduled for Saturday, January 27, 2024, and will be hosted at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. This marks the second time the Royal Rumble will be held at this venue, with the previous event taking place in 2021. Notably, this will be the first Royal Rumble with live fans in attendance since the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted events in the previous year. It appears that will be a big night for the Beast Incarnate as well.

Dave Meltzer brought up Brock Lesnar during Wrestling Observer Radio. It was said that he will not be back until the Royal Rumble event next year. He isn’t advertised for the event, but Meltzer said Lesnar will be there.

“Lesnar is the one I was told who is not back until the Royal Rumble.”

We will have to see if WWE books Brock Lesnar to appears before the Royal Rumble event. Odds are, WWE fans shouldn’t expect to see him back again on television this year.

Brock Lesnar has worked hard to be able to pick his own schedule in the pro wrestling business. He got all of his WWE matches out of the way before SummerSlam this year, and he got to spend a nice little break at home. Now, it appears that his return is coming up, but fans may still have a bit of time to wait.
