WWE To Split Up Undisputed Tag Team Titles ‘Very Soon’

WWE always has long-term plans for everything that goes on in the company and that includes the Undisputed Tag Team Titles. With fans wanting to know what plans they have for the Undisputed Tag Team Titles, it appears the company has plans to split up the titles very soon.

WWE unified the RAW and Smackdown tag team titles over a year ago after The Usos defeated The New Day. Afterwards, the titles remained together and fans grew frustrated with their booking.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn defeated The Usos for those Undisputed Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania and it was a major moment for the duo, as they ended the record-breaking reign of The Usos. That said, fans were largely disappointed with how Owens and Zayn were booked afterwards.

Currently, Finn Balor and Damian Priest are the Undisputed Tag Team Champions after winning the titles at WWE Payback. One fan asked WWE insider BWE on X if, ”Undisputed Tag Titles still being split?” The WWE insider answered that WWE plans on splitting them up very soon.

Very soon

Finn Balor and Damian Priest have already shown they are capable as the Undisputed Tag Team Champions. That said, with WWE and UFC’s merger being finalized, the company still has big plans for them. It is also to be noted that WWE previously didn’t have any solid plans to split up the tag team titles.

The company is in a situation with the Undisputed Tag Team Titles that they could definitely split them up as soon as possible. We’ll have to wait and see when WWE will pull the trigger on this move.
