TNA’s Current Management Structure After Multiple Departures Revealed

There’s been a notable reorganization at TNA Wrestling, with the company recently parting ways with several significant names in the backstage department. In light of all the departures, TNA’s current management structure has been revealed.

As previously reported, Lou D’Angeli, formerly known as Lou E. Dangerously in ECW, parted ways with TNA Wrestling recently as part of the company’s latest round of departures. RD Evans was another notable departure from TNA Wrestling as well.

According to PWInsider, Executive Producer Ariel Shnerer is leading the day-to-day operations of TNA. He has received positive feedback from talent for his strong communication skills, maintaining regular contact with the wrestlers and other personnel. Shnerer is deeply involved in the creative aspects of the promotion, effectively managing the daily workflow.

TNA President Anthony Cicione, on the other hand, is less involved in the day-to-day activities and focuses more on the business side of operations. While Cicione oversees the broader business strategies and is believed to be playing a key role in fostering the relationship with WWE NXT, the creative responsibilities primarily fall on Shnerer. At the end of the day, Cicione is the one in charge, but Shnerer handles the intricate details and daily challenges.

Gail Kim currently heads Talent Relations, a role that suits her well due to the high level of respect she commands within the TNA locker room. Kim’s involvement ensures that the talent management processes run smoothly and effectively.

The creative team includes Tommy Dreamer, Jorge Barbosa, and Delirious, who collaborate on the creative direction of the promotion. Ariel Shnerer oversees this team, with Gail Kim also providing valuable input. Despite RD Evans’ departure, the creative process has remained stable, operating as a collaborative team effort rather than being driven by a single individual’s vision. This approach ensures a more dynamic and inclusive creative environment.

RD Evans is also working with AEW now after his TNA exit. Nevertheless, we will have to wait and see whether TNA will continue to succeed under its new management as it is certainly a crucial period at the moment.
