The 2024 WWE Draft kicked off on Friday Night SmackDown and continued on Monday Night RAW, unveiling additional draft picks. Several NXT talents were promoted to the main roster, and now Shawn Michaels has announced that Alicia Taylor will be joining them.
Since 2019, Taylor has been a consistent presence on NXT as the announcer for the developmental brand. As previously reported, Alicia Taylor was set for main roster call-up.
Shawn Michaels shared the news on Twitter, including a video of him informing the NXT locker room that Alicia Taylor has been called up to the main roster. She will be showing off her skills on Friday Night SmackDown from now on.

We will have to wait and see how Alicia Taylor will fare on Friday Night SmackDown from now on, as she most definitely impressed fans with her announcing skills on NXT for so many years.
