RVD Says He Is Open To Extended Run In AEW

RVD’s definitely one of the best wrestlers of all time thanks to his insane in-ring skills. Over the past year, he has made appearances on AEW television. In fact, he is open to an extended run with the company, but he needs to have a talk about that first.

RVD stepped into the ring on the February 21 episode of AEW Dynamite, teaming up with Hangman Adam Page and HOOK to take on Samoa Joe, Swerve Strickland, and Brian Cage. He would then compete again on the April 20th edition of AEW Rampage.

While speaking on the podcast 1 Of A Kind with RVD, the WWE Hall of Famer was asked about the possibility of having a longer tenure with AEW. RVD made it clear he is open to an extended run but AEW hasn’t approached him with such an offer yet.

“I would like to think that I’m open to any conversation. So anything’s worth considering. Let’s hear what you got in mind, whatever. But no, I don’t have any of those talks. What you see is what you get, and that’s all anybody is talking about. All anyone is talking about doing, let me put it that way.”

RVD previously admitted that WWE made him feel expendable, unlike AEW. Nevertheless, we will have to wait and see how many more appearances RVD will make on AEW television.
