The WWE locker room has veteran Superstars who have been working in the pro wrestling world for a long time and remain a highlight of the main roster shows – which also includes R-Truth. Truth has been away for a year from WWE television due to injury but he kept himself busy with various projects. In fact, R-Truth just dropped a new song ahead of his WWE return.
R-Truth faced Grayson Waller in the opening match of NXT last year in November. Truth performed a dive, but he ended up hitting hard on the thin mat outside. Due to that unfortunate crash into the thin mat outside the ring, R-Truth suffered an injury. It was then reported that R-Truth would be out of action for several months. He underwent surgery for the injury back on November 8th last year.
The WWE Superstar took to his Twitter and uploaded a sample from his new song ‘Making The Cut,’ which has now been released on all major streaming platforms. R-Truth clearly looked like he was having fun rapping in the video.
Ringside News exclusively reported that R-Truth has been medically cleared for an in-ring return. R-Truth also signaled his WWE return recently for good measure. It remains to be seen when he will finally return to WWE television.
