Possible Spoiler On WWE’s Plan For Becky Lynch In NXT

Becky Lynch never won the NXT Women’s Title before the company decided to call her up to the main roster to be a part of PCB. That Paige/Charlotte/Becky stable didn’t last forever, and years later, The Man is coming back around to NXT.

Tiffany Stratton is very confident as NXT Women’s Champion. She also doesn’t really love the idea of defending her title this week against Becky Lynch, but that is going to happen. Lynch challenged Tiffany Stratton to an NXT Women’s Title match last week, and they booked the match for this Tuesday.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that WWE only has a couple of viable options for Becky Lynch’s NXT Women’s Title match against Tiffany Stratton. Truth be told, The Man might win gold.

“I wouldn’t be surprised to see a title change. They’re pushing that she’s never won the title, and I don’t see the way WWE works that Tiffany Stratton is beating her. Basically, your choices are Becky wins the title or cheap DQ.”

We will have to see how Tiffany Stratton’s NXT Women’s Title defense turns out against Becky Lynch. WWE Payback saw Lynch finish things up with Trish Stratus. Now, her path could take her back to NXT for a run with their title.

Only time will tell what WWE decides to do in this situation, but Becky Lynch’s name would be a huge one for NXT to get for a few weeks. Keep checking back with Ringside News for more.
