Nyla Rose Responds to OSAC’s Warning to AEW Over Transgender Wrestling

The wrestling industry has evolved a lot in the past few years. While the men’s wrestling division was already established, the development of the women’s wrestling division has come out as a surprise. However, not a lot of transgender wrestling has been seen till now. Back in December 2023, AEW hosted an event in the Paycom Center, Oklahoma, and featured a transgender match where Nyla Rosa faced Alejandra Lion.

However, those were against the rules of the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission. The commission’s applications related to MMA, Kickboxing, and Boxing asked about gender reassignment, but their WWE application doesn’t.

It was then stated that AEW was issued a warning and was bound to be punished if it happened again. Nyla Rose has now responded to the issue in a humorous way. The ROH star took shot at the commission’s rule with her recent posts on X.

“WHO THE FU*K WAS IT?!! Don’t worry Oklahoma I’ll find the dastardly Transgender that *checks notes* entertained fans!!! HOW DARE THEY MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY?!!!”

While AEW doesn’t have any shows scheduled to take place in Oklahoma anytime soon, this has turned out to be a massive warning to the company. Ringside News will keep you updated on this story.
