Mercedes Mone’s Double Championship Victory Toast Gets Interrupted By Britt Baker on 7/10 AEW Dynamite

The CEO of women’s wrestling, Mercedes Mone, made history at AEW Double or Nothing by defeating Stephanie Vaquer to become both the AEW TBS and NJPW Strong Women’s Champion in the process.

Mercedes Mone had plans for a huge celebration last week on Dynamite, but much like Double or Nothing, it was interrupted by Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D, who made her return after nearly a year at the event.

However, the CEO hosted a double championship victory toast on the July 10 edition of AEW Dynamite to celebrate her huge win and assured that courtesy of the EVPs, The Young Bucks, there would be no interruptions this week. Moreover, she berated Britt Baker about having a potential match with her at AEW All-In.

This led to The Doctor arriving, taking out the security and heading straight into the ring while Mercedes Mone escaped her wrath through the crowd. The segment concluded with Britt Baker receiving an ovation while not looking to stop until getting what she wanted.
