Liv Morgan Retains WWE Women’s World Title in Brutal Steel Cage Match on 5/27 WWE Raw

Becky Lynch has been enjoying her status as one of the biggest stars in the industry for a long time now. The Man reigned as the Women’s World Champion, which ended during her match against Liv Morgan at WWE King & Queen of the Ring PLE.

Lynch’s contract with WWE is set to expire this week, which means that this week’s Raw appearance might be her last one before she signs a new contract with the company. While the Man has not re-signed a deal yet, her moving out of the company to explore other opportunities would be a massive hit on the company.

Ahead of her contract’s expiry, she had a steel cage match with the new Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan with the title of the line on the May 27 episode of WWE Raw. Morgan had the upper hand over Lynch right from the get go, trying to have her emerge victorious in the first steel cage match of her career.

After some hard-hitting spots throughout, Dominik Mysterio made his way out with chaos breaking in with the likes of Braun Strowman and the Judgment Day. Liv Morgan used the distraction to pick a win against Lynch and retain her title.
