Liv Morgan is not only one of the most captivating WWE superstars of the modern era but is also known to be a kind-hearted and helpful individual behind the scenes coming from humble beginnings that gave her start in WWE. Having said that, Morgan recently recalled an encounter when she helped out none other than The Best in the World, CM Punk.
In recent interview on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Morgan recalled being on a flight from Tampa to Chicago for Monday Night RAW, along with several other WWE personnel and saw CM Punk seated in first class right in front of her, leading to introducing herself to the former WWE Champion.
Furthermore, after sleeping through most of the flight, Liv Morgan woke up to find CM Punk frantically searching for his lost AirPods. As passengers began deboarding, she decided to assist him in finding his lost possession, so she stayed behind to help. Ultimately, Punk found the AirPods that had been stuck in his seat according to her.
“I’m on a Tampa flight heading to Chicago for Monday Night Raw, a couple of us live in Tampa so there was a couple of us on the flight. And he’s just right in front of me in first class, and I was like ‘hi I’m Gionna’, he was like ‘hi I’m Phil’ and we just introduced ourselves. I think I’d fallen asleep for most the flight and I wake up too him kinda scrambling, he had lost his AirPods and everyone’s in boarding and I’m right behind him so I’m like maybe it’s in my seat maybe it’s in my bag so I just stay behind to help him find the AirPods but he actually found the AirPods I think they were stuck in his seat.”
Ultimately, both Morgan and Punk now find themselves on the same roster years later as part of Monday Night RAW. While Punk is currently out of action due to his triceps injury, Liv Morgan has a huge opportunity ahead of her.
