Kevin Nash Trashes Pro Wrestlers Who Complain About Fans Asking For Autographs

Pro wrestling fans love gettign autographs from their favorite stars. Sometimes they have to resort to buying those online, and those signatures are often sold by people who go through extreme lengths to get those autographs. Sometimes, that involves camping out at an airport, wating for the right moment to sping out with a bunch of items and a Sharpie marker. This has been a big topic recently.

Dana Brooke recently called out hypocritical haters who ask for autographs. That’s not all, either, as Nyla Rose has rule when it comes to rude fans asking for her signature.

Even MJF has seen issues with autograph hounds at airports. The Young Bucks also have unique autographs they give people who they thing will resell their autographs.

Durign his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash spoke on pro wrestlers who complain about autograph hounds. He made a point that they should be grateful that their signature is worth the money that it is.

“I mean, for years, you watch someone else come over and ask someone you’re with to have their picture taken with them, and nobody asks you, and I’m like ‘man, it must be cool.’ Then, all of a sudden, you get noticed, and guys turn into dicks. You can’t have both.”

“No, the boys, the boys turn into dicks, because now they’re like *makes grumbling noises* f*ck off. You’re a f*cking fake wrestler, it’s not like you hit a curve ball, motherf*cker.”

“Then there’s always the guy who wants to tell the people while they’re eating at the Waffle House with the rest of the boys that it’s not pilote to bother you when you’re eating a fine meal at the Waffle House, you know? It’s just like, you wanna picture? Come here sit next to me, want me to sign something? Here. You learn on this planet that if someone wants your sh*t, to sign something. It takes 30 seconds to do it, but it takes four minutes to be a douchebag and explain why you’re not signing something.”

Kevin Nash certainly has a different opinion about signing autographs for fans than some in the busness. Perhaps, everyone would be better off if they just signed for the fans, but they also can’t let their kindness get taken advantage of.

Videos have come out of Alexa Bliss gettign blitzed with ton of autographs. Rey Mysterio also had an incident that went viral in big way. Video also came out of Liv Morgan getting swarmed by fans, eager for her autograph.

We’ll have to see if autograph hounds continue being a problem for wrestlers. If anything, eBay is still full of authentic autographs, thanks to camping out at an airport or approaching a Superstar while their out to eat.
