Jon Moxley lost the AEW International Title to Rey Fenix at Arthur Ashe Stadium during AEW Grand Slam, which shocked fans. It turned out Moxley was actually hurt after taking a botched move from Fenix, which ended up changing plans.

Jon Moxley was feared to have suffered concussion after the botched spot. Moxley’s head was driven straight into the mat after taking a Black Fire Driver, which ended up hurting him.
