Drew McIntyre Quits WWE on 6/17 RAW

Drew McIntyre looked visibly upset and angry as he came out for tonight’s June 17 edition of Monday Night RAW following the events of WWE Clash at the Castle. His moment of glory in Scotland should have turned into a nightmare, courtesy of his rival, CM Punk.

The Best in the World cost McIntyre the World Heavyweight Championship in his main event match against Damian Priest in front of his own people of Scotland this past weekend at the OVO Hydro.

McIntyre stood in the middle of the ring to address perhaps the biggest loss of his career. He began by mentioning his rival, CM Punk, only to get choked up and look emotional, not able to find the words.

Right after, in a major shocker, McIntyre berated WWE and, at that very moment, quit the company, walking out of the ringside area as RAW General Manager Adam Pearce and WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque visibly tried to convince Drew to reconsider only before he stormed off.
