Cody Rhodes has an incredible ability to connect with fans on a profound level, a quality that sets him apart in WWE. Earlier this year he promised to visit a fan’s 5th birthday party and now it appears he is making good on his promise.
In case you need a reminder, during a March WWE Live Event in North Charleston, Cody Rhodes spotted a fan holding a sign inviting him to their fifth birthday party. He noted that the date was June 25th and promised to attend it.
”I see that sign that says ‘Cody, come to my fifth birthday party.’ Should I go to his birthday party? When is it, June 25th? Am I supposed to bring a gift? I could bring a casserole. I’m supposed to bring a casserole to his 5th birthday which is gonna be on a Wednesday. North Charleston, should I do it? My answer is yes.”
Cody Rhodes took to his Instagram story and uploaded a post, revealing that he is on his way to making good on his promise and attending the 5th birthday party of the young fan.
”When you give somebody your word, you best show up. Fun excursion planned today.”
Cody Rhodes also made a young fan’s day previously as well. Nonetheless, Rhodes is undoubtedly one of the best beloved babyfaces in WWE and it’s not hard to see why considering he keeps his promises.
