Chelsea Green Reacts to Being Referred to as the ‘Female MJF’

Maxwell Jacob Friedman, popularly known as MJF, is one of AEW’s most popular stars. He has demonstrated exceptional character work, in-ring prowess and ability to connect with the audience, both as a face and a heel, emerging as a top name in the business despite some believing that his leaving the opportunity to sign with WWE was mistake.

In an interview with Gorilla Position, WWE superstar Chelsea Green shared her opinions on several wrestlers, including The Salt of the Earth. Chelsea described MJF as a future icon and mentioned that she used to draw inspiration from his promos to craft her own.

Moreover, the former WWE Women’s tag team champion also stated that she would feel honored if someone ever called her the ‘Female MJF’, something she believed she had done the work to be called.

“MJF is a future icon. I would take his promos and reword them in a female form. If anyone ever told me that I was the female MJF, I’d know I’d done my job.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea Green last wrestled on the June 14 episode of SmackDown, where she faced Naomi in a singles competition and is expected to be in Piper Niven’s corner for her huge title match against Bayley at tonight’s WWE Clash at the Castle event in Scotland.
