Brooks Jensen Reacts to Not Getting Released on 7/9 WWE NXT

Brooks Jensen was emerging as a rising star in NXT, showcasing promising talent. He had a very important meeting on NXT this week and managed to save his job and has now reacted to the same.

During the July 9 episode of WWE NXT, Brooks Jensen had a sit-down meeting with NXT General Manager Ava, addressing the challenges he’s faced in NXT after losing his tag team and feeling abandoned. Ava began by criticizing Brooks’ recent actions, to which he apologized, admitting he had lost control and regretted his behavior.

Ava talked about the ups and downs of life in NXT, mentioning the importance of pushing through difficult times. Brooks mentioned his legacy as a second-generation Superstar, being the son of Bull Buchanan.

Ava revealed that she and Shawn Michaels had considered releasing him but decided against it after receiving positive feedback about him. She reminded Brooks of the importance of carrying himself like an NXT Superstar. The meeting concluded with a handshake.

Later in the show, Brooks Jensen ended up attacking Je’Von Evans to make a statement. Following the conclusion of NXT, Jensen took to Twitter and reacted to not getting released, as he made it clear he learned from the best, with a photo of Brian Pillman.
