Brooks Jensen publicly declared his free agency on June 21st, stating that his departure from WWE was to explore new opportunities. However, it’s important to note that this announcement was part of a storyline.
This announcement followed his “arrest” on the June 18 episode of WWE NXT. Then, on the June 25 episode of NXT, Jensen stormed the ring, causing NXT Champion Trick Williams to lose his match against Shawn Spears.
Following his shocking appearance, Brooks Jensen took to Twitter and broke his silence, making fans wonder whether all of his antics are a work or a shot, adding that no one will ever know, including Jensen himself.
“Keep questioning. Work or shoot? Kayfabe or not? You’ll never know. Neither will I.”
