AEW is known for a lot of things, and social media seems to light up with botches every week. This week’s episode of AEW Collision was no different, because they included a bit technical botch on the live show.
A moment was shown before Keith Lee’s promo that fans weren’t supposed to see. They showed the production crew starting the cameras rolling, but they were already live, pal.
Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that AEW tried to cover this up by doing this again on purpose. Obviously, fans noticed the botch.
A spot at the beginning of the Keith Lee promo on Collision made air that was supposed to be trimmed. A marker made it
The Big Bill/Ricky Starks promo on Collision was used to cover up the production snafu.
AEW Collision saw another week with viewership slippage this week. We will have to see what they will be able to do in the future to hopefully bring more attention to the company’s Saturday night show.
AEW gets a lot of fans posting on social media, and their fans are very excited to comment about the product. Hopefully, the next viral moment Tony Khan’s company sees isn’t another botch, because they’ve seen more than enough of those.
